How do you make white sauce for lasagna - Bechamel.
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 gr butter
- 100 gr of flour
- nutmeg
- salt
Cooking Method:
1. heat up the milk
2. in a separate saucepan, melt the butter
3. turn off the fire
4. add flour
5. salt
6. mix very well
7. add warm milk
8. mix very well
9. turn on the fire and constantly stir until it boils
10. add nutmeg
11. bring to a boil, stir constantly
it's done
12. be sure to pour it into another bowl !!!
13. cover with cling film and leave the bechamel to cool
